Do my pilots pay separately?+
No. When you’re on an operator plan, every pilot on your roster gets the full app free — their logbook, earnings and documents included.
Can I add a pilot who has no account?+
Yes. Add them as a manual name with a rate and they show up in your roster and day sheets. They can join with a real account later.
Do the operator and pilot see each other’s money?+
No. The operator’s day sheet and each pilot’s logbook are separate books. Only what needs to cross over — an open shift, a rate — does.
What happens after the trial?+
